Alpine Drops include three phials that work over a two-week cycle – use the Activator first to get your body ready, and then you’ll get used to a cyclical routine that allows your body to maintain a detox state.
ACTIVATOR
Start with our No1 System Activator and simply add one drop to your drink (based on the average cup size) just before you eat. This can be your morning coffee, afternoon tea, a glass of water or even your evening tipple. Do this for the first two-three days and then increase to two drops until you come the end of the phial.
BALANCER
Now you move on to our No2 System Balancer. Again, add one drop to a drink (per average cup size) before food. Continue until you have finished the phial.
MAINTENANCE
Finish with our No3 Maintenance to ensure you are getting the full benefits. One drop should be all that you need each day in any cup-size drink or you can add two drops to a larger, tumbler-size drink until phial is finished.
